Exact fit for all 1965 - 1977 Oldsmobile, Cutlass, 442 V8 and 78 - 81 Firebird and Trans Am models with the Oldsmobile 403 V8 engine. This grommet installs on your right hand valve cover. PCV hose then travels to the front of your carburetor.
